Equine Assisted Therapy

Welcome to my website.  I offer therapy to children, teenagers, and their families in a safe and welcoming office-based setting.  I use an integrative approach and combine both play and talk therapies to meet you and your child where you’re at, and together we create a path forward.  I help address issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, safety, and communication with the goal of making your family stable and healthy so you and your children can thrive.  I also offer parent consultation and a teen psychoeducation group.
