You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending

Welcome! Thank you for being here!

Often, life can become entangled with painful events, memories, relationship breakdowns and emotional turmoil and taking a moment to seek help can feel overwhelming. For this reason, I thank you for taking the time to pause and reflect on your needs or the needs of your child(ren). As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Behavior Analyst, I work with individuals, couples, children and families. My goal is to bring connection and fulfillment to each person on their journey of healing.

My approach is holistic. I see each person as an individual with a story. Whether a child is transitioning between homes due to the separation of their parents, a young adult is battling anxiety, or an adult has recently lost a loved one and is suffering with grief – my goal is to meet each person where they are and supply the support needed. As someone with various career backgrounds and life experiences, I see life through a variety of lenses. I naturally utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and Structural Family Therapy, as I tend to see things through attachment needs as well as environmental changes. I am also well versed in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I have a great deal of experience in providing services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disorders, Emotional Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Personality Disorders, Attachment Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorders.

If you are hurting, struggling with connection, or see your child struggling, now is the time to act. I desire to see broken connections restored, to see healing and fulfillment brought into your life, and for joy to once again be established. It would be my honor to join you in your journey to healing.

I was born in Springfield, MO and spent much of my life moving across the Midwest. Recently, I moved from Charlottesville, VA to Mississippi where I currently resides. I am licensed in Virginia and can provide therapy virtually for those who are interested in telehealth sessions only.
